At Vessel Golf, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our premium golf gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. We want to ensure your equipment meets the highest standards of performance and style on the course.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place your unused Vessel products, including all original tags and protective covers, inside the box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
